Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a powerful method through which clients learn that they are not alone in their problems and provide individuals to learn from one another. Group Therapy offers an environment where you can gain support from others who know what it feels like and provides you with a sounding board. Through this process the group can help you come up with specific ideas for improving a difficult situation or life challenge. For children and adolescents especially, group therapy may be very beneficial as they find it easier to relate to their peers.

Group Therapy is skills based, problem-focused and time-limited in nature. The content and focus of these groups may change based on clients’ needs.
