Family Therapy

Family is the foundation from which we all come. When there are significant life events and changes, many families benefit from improving communication and increasing awareness of problematic behaviors. Family Therapy aims to create an opportunity for all family members to learn more positive and healthy ways of interacting, communicating, increasing harmony, and resolving conflict. Family Therapy provides all members a chance to voice their thoughts and feelings in a safe and nurturing environment facilitated by a therapist who is skilled in ensuring that everyone’s perspective is represented.

With children and adolescent, especially, Family Therapy is an important addition to their individual therapy.
